Thiwanka Don Ranasinghe (Panda)

Thiwanka is a passionate Community-Based Arts Creator, Musician, Actor, Clown, Teaching Artist, Dancer, and Puppeteer. He’s worked in theater, film, and TV across Sinhala, Tamil, and English since 2010. Thiwanka is the Creative Director of Basement Playback Theater and has contributed to several institutions, including Stages Theatre Company and Playhouse – Kotte.

He has also collaborated internationally with festivals such as Thespo, Tifli, and Bahuroopi. Panda has received nominations and awards, including Best Actor at the Youth Drama Festival. He believes in building a better world by engaging children in creative activities and education.
